Partnership

Build with us.

Gen IO delivers custom systems, Padu OS and on-premise AI. If you sell, implement or advise Malaysian businesses, there is a way to work with us that does not require you to become a software company.

Three ways in.

Pick the one that matches how you already work. All three end in the same place: written terms before anyone talks to a client.

01 — Referral

You introduce. We deliver.

You know a client with a problem we solve. You stay in the relationship; we handle scoping, build, deployment and support. The commercial arrangement is agreed in writing before we meet the client, so nobody is guessing later.

02 — Delivery

Your name. Our engineering.

You own the client and the contract. We deliver under your brand to your specification, with the technical documentation and handover your team needs to support it afterwards.

03 — Technology

Your vertical. Our platform.

Integrate, extend or resell the platform inside your vertical. You get the schema, the APIs, a named engineer to talk to, and a licence you can price into your own offering.

Who this suits.

Firms that already sit in front of Malaysian businesses and keep hitting the same wall: the client needs software, and nobody on the team writes it.

  • Consultancies and advisory firms — you scope the change programme, we build the system that carries it.
  • Systems integrators — you own the infrastructure and the client; we own the application layer.
  • Accounting and HR practices — your clients need the ledgers and payroll to actually connect. That is Padu OS.
  • Agencies — you sell the brand and the funnel; we build the back office behind it.
  • Telco and infrastructure contractors — field systems that work where your crews work.

How it starts.

Four steps, and the first one costs nothing.

01

Conversation

Tell us the client and the problem. We will say honestly whether it is work we should take.

02

Terms

Referral fee or delivery margin, who holds the contract, who handles support. Written down before anything else moves.

03

Delivery

We run the build the same way we run our own projects: scoped, proven early, demonstrated on a real environment.

Review

After the first engagement we decide together whether this becomes a standing arrangement.

What we won't do.

Partnerships fail on the things nobody wrote down. These are ours, in advance.

  • We will not go around you. If you introduced the client, we do not approach them directly for the same work.
  • We will not bid against you. We do not submit a competing proposal on a deal you are already pursuing.
  • No exclusivity by default. Exclusivity is a separate conversation with volume behind it, not a line in an email.
  • No fee on tenders we cannot influence. If it is a public tender we would have found anyway, we will say so.
  • We will tell you when it is not a fit. A partner who says yes to everything is not adding anything.

One email with the client, the problem and your role in it. We will reply within one working day.
